[Week09] Starting polish phase

Hi everyone!
Previous week we started with the polish phase. This means that we are busy with tweaking and fine tuning our game to make it more fun.
Art
Changes:
- Kept changing the level design
- Made the end screen, busy with making the start screen
- Added some midground elements
- Made the character widget
- We're giving all the assets a dark outline to keep the same style.
- We updated the grass tile
- Made a blood sprite and effect when you get instantly killed by the spike.
Programming
Changes:
- Implemented the character widget
- Added the end screen
- Small changes to the scene and the pickups
- Implemented the blood sprite and other effects
- Changed the movement of the razor
- Fixed some small bugs
